Prosecutors of the Khmelnytskyi Specialized Prosecutor?s Office in the field of defense of the Western Region have referred to court the case of the vice-rector for logistics of a military academy who, according to the investigation, involved subordinates in the construction of his private house on the outskirts of Khmelnytskyi.
