And I can register other .dog domains there.

But still whois gives an error for mystic.dog, so you can't find any registration details...

And host for mystic.dog and bbs.mystic.dog, give 'Host mystic.dog not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)' responses.
So maybe the report Kees generated is correct. It would be interesting to hear what kind of test Kees does on the domain names?
